• There are number of accidents reported due to the tripping from the step while accessing the second sitting area inside the café. Date compiled from this could be used as lagging monitoring measure
• All the ill health reported at the café after the hiring of shift manager could also be used as lagging monitoring measure
• All the reported near misses and data compiled using this reporting could be reviewed for monitoring purposes
• All the surveys conducted for employees satisfaction could be used as monitoring measure
• Number of workers worked per hour without any lost time injury in also a lagging monitoring measure
• Workers were often complaining about the workplace health and safety and this data could also be used for this purpose
